📦 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Yusra Kurti

At Yusra Kurti, we strive to offer you a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly while maintaining sustainable operations.

🔄 Size Exchange

  • We offer FREE size exchange (one time) for all orders.
  • If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

🔁 Second Exchange

  • A charge of ₹200 will be applicable for a second size exchange on the same product.

🔁 Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with the product or its fit, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
  • A nominal ₹100 return fee will be charged to cover pickup, handling, and logistics costs.

👉 Once your return is successfully processed, you will receive a store credit note equal to the product value.

💳 Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer monetary (cash/bank) refunds.
  • All returns are issued in the form of a store credit note, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a FREE replacement/exchange.
  • If you choose to return the item instead of exchange, a ₹100 return fee will still apply.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit note will be issued
